Know for its countless sweet offerings, Ben & Jerry's ice cream began a bitter legal battle with a North Hollywood adult film studio last fall that recently reached a settlement, according to the Los Angeles Times.
In September, the Vermont-based ice cream maker sued Caballero Video for releasing pornographic DVDs with titles that gave put an erotic spin on popular flavors like "Cherry Garcia" and "Banana Split."
Some real winners were "Boston Cream Thigh" and “Peanut Butter D-Cups.”
The porn studio also used a background image that looked pretty similar to the blue sky and puff clouds printed on Ben & Jerry's pints.
Caballero Video has agreed to stop releasing anymore titles under its "Ben and Cherry's" moniker following a court order, which is an extension of an initial order to halt distribution.
