Retired LAPD Officer Charged With Child Porn Possession
A former LAPD officer pleaded not guilty to having child porn on his hard drive.
LOS ANGELES, CA — A 61-year-old retired Los Angeles police officer accused of possessing child pornography pleaded not guilty Wednesday.
Clark Warren Baker is charged with one felony count of possession of child or youth pornography, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.
Prosecutors said images of child pornography were discovered on an external hard drive during a search of Baker's home on Nov. 28, 2018. He was arrested at that time and released on $20,000 bail.

Baker, who is due back in court May 13, faces a possible maximum sentence of three years in state prison if convicted as charged.
The case remains under investigation by the LAPD Juvenile Division, Internet Crimes Against Children Unit.
