Scientologists should NOT be given special treatment. LAPD allows Scientologists to block sidewalks with their fake trees. They also allow them to be as noisy as they want and to disturb the peace and quiet of the neighbors.
There is NO such thing as a noise permit. Why are they given special treatment? Where is their permit? Has LAPD confirmed they have any permits ??
Protestors that protest against the Scientologists have First amendment rights in the US Constitution to protest. Yet they are constantly harassed and lied about by Scientologist to shut down their First Amendment rights.

There should be NO special treatment given to any religious organization. But Scientology is NOT a religion. And, First amendment rights apply to all including protestors.
