Submissions were whittled down to 36 student entries from 14 schools throughout the Southland. <a href="http://lasmf.lacity.org/News/index.htm" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Click here for the list of finalists</a>, which include young filmmakers from the local Harvard-Westlake School. City Councilman Paul Krekorian's office.
