It looks like the former site of Otis Jackson's Soul Dog is going to be replaced by a new restaurant that boasts slightly lighter dishes--500 calories to be exact. Signs were recently posted at 5166 Lankershim Blvd. telling of the new tenant, Skynny Kitchen. But few details of the business are available at this point. <a href="http://skynnykitchen.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Skynny Kitchen's website</a> is still under construction. E-mails and phone calls to the name the business was registered to were not returned at press time. We'll keep you posted as details become available. Otis Jackson's Soul Dog closed in December.
