CHATSWORTH, CA -- The Chatsworth Neighborhood Council is looking for new blood to serve on the 21-member body.

Local stakeholders can file through Feb. 16 to run for a seat on the Neighborhood Council. Voting is set for Saturday, March 18. Eleven of the council's 21 seats will be up for grabs.

Qualified candidates must live, work, own property or participate in a community organization within the Chatsworth neighborhood, or board a horse in the area.

Candidates wishing to join the Council must submit a candidate filing form by 11:59 pm Feb. 16.
