Hero's job: Volunteer

Relationship to nominee: Live in the same mobile home park

Reason for recognition: Deana distributes free groceries to the community of seniors and homeless. The work is labor intensive. She picks it up and drives it to the community center every Sat and Sun. She makes sure that there is no mess when she is done.

One thing to know: The work is labor intensive but she has never missed a day of pick up or distribution of the food for more than five years. Seniors are lined up waiting for her every Saturday and Sunday in anticipation. She doesn't disappoint.

Thank you for all that you do, Deanna!
