Man Making Deposit At Northridge Bank Robbed of $30K In Cash
A man at a Wells Fargo Bank branch in Northridge who intended to deposit a large sum of money was robbed of $30,000 in cash, police say.

NORTHRIDGE, CA -- A man at a Wells Fargo Bank branch in Northridge intending to deposit a large sum of money was robbed of $30,000 in cash, police say.
According to law enforcement officials, the robbery took place in the parking lot outside of a Wells Fargo branch in Northridge shortly after 2:30 p.m. on Halloween.
According to news reports, two men fired several gunshots into the air before stealing the victim’s fanny pack, which contained the large amount of cash.

The first suspect is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds and wearing black-colored pants, shirt and hat, police say. Investigators did not immediately release a description of the second suspect, who is said to have fired a black semi-automatic handgun during the robbery.
A man about 60-years-old was hospitalized for minor injuries suffered during the robbery, ABC7 reported.

Authorities have said that it's believed that the suspects escaped in a silver Mercedes. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Los Angeles Police Department.
