Northridge Hero A 'Beacon Of Light'

NORTHRIDGE, CA — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented and changing times.

Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these heroes making a difference in their communities. Together with Ring, we’re working to let all your neighbors know about these outstanding people and their stories.

Reason for recognition: Kathy is my church group leader. She is always sending cards or gifts of encouragement to others, including me. Her compassion and caring attitude for others is a beacon of light and hope during these difficult COVID times.

One thing to know: Kathy's deep spirituality and love for Christ that she embodies in everything she does. Encouragement is her gift.
