11-Year-Old Boy Missing In Oceanside
Carter Jackson, 11, was last seen in the 2000 block of California Street in Oceanside, according to the Oceanside Police Department.
OCEANSIDE, CA — Police asked for the public's help Tuesday finding a boy who went missing in Oceanside.
Carter Jackson, 11, was last seen at about 11 a.m. Tuesday in the 2000 block of California Street, according to the Oceanside Police Department.
Carter was described as 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 100 pounds, with dirty blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hat, black and white shirt, black pants and black shoes.
