Big Rig Crash Prompts Interstate 5 Lane Closures

OCEANSIDE, CA -- A big rig crash slowed traffic Wednesday morning rush hour traffic on Interstate 5. The crash was reported at 6:23 a.m. on southbound Interstate 5 near Scales.
By 7:16 a.m., two lanes remained closed for an unknown duration, according to the California Highway Patrol log.
