3 Killed On 91 Freeway In Big Rig Crash Friday Morning

ORANGE COUNTY, CA — Three people were killed Friday when a big rig and a pickup crashed on the California State route 91 Freeway in Buena Park, authorities said.

The crash was reported at about 3:50 a.m. on the eastbound side of the freeway east of Valley View Street, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The names of the deceased were not available. It was reported they were in the pickup.

The CHP issued a SigAlert shutting down all eastbound lanes except the slow lane as the on-scene investigation continued.
