As a part of their introduction to the Huntington Beach community, the restaurant plans to donate a portion of its first week of sales to Robyne's Nest, a local nonprofit that provides funds and resources to underprivileged students in high school.

Additionally, Fogo de Chão has partnered with third baseman for the Los Angeles Angels and Fogo de Chão brand advocate, Eduardo Escobar, to hold a community meal donation on Sept. 28, where more than 1,000 people in need will be given a warm and nutritious meal.

"As we grow out brand in new and existing cities globally, we remain dedicated to serving our local communities as we have for the past 45 years," McGowan said. "That's why we're so excited to collaborate with Robyne's Nest and Eduardo Escobar, who both bring support to so many throughout Huntington Beach and beyond."
