Fiery Crash Kills 2 On 91 Freeway In Orange County
The crash was reported at around 12:50 a.m. Wednesday on the eastbound side of the freeway near Coal Canyon Road, authorities said.

ANAHEIM HILLS, CA — Two people were killed in a three-car crash that shut down multiple lanes of the Riverside (91) Freeway in Anaheim Hills.
California Highway Patrol officers were called to the eastbound freeway near the Coal Canyon Road off-ramp around 12:50 a.m. Wednesday and found the victims and the three vehicles, according to the CHP log.
One of the vehicles slammed into the freeway median and one of the vehicles caught fire, trapping one of the victims inside, ABC 7 reported.

The two victims were pronounced dead at the scene. Their names, ages and genders were not immediately known.
The CHP issued a SigAlert that closed all lanes on the 91 Freeway for several hours while they investigated the cause of the crash.
