New Disneyland Villas Open Soon For DVC, Magic Key Reservations

ANAHEIM, CA — The Villas at Disneyland Hotel are opening this fall, and Disney Vacation Club Members are waiting for the go-ahead to book their reservations.

If you've headed down to the end of Downtown Disney lately, you'll have noticed the vast construction at the Disneyland Hotel towers. On Wednesday, never-before-seen renderings of the new hotel villas were released, showing the interiors of contemporary guest rooms, lounge and pool areas planned for The Villas at Disneyland Hotel.

The grand opening date is scheduled for September 2023, and villa reservations were set to open in mid-March in a tiered release: first to DVC members on March 15, then to Magic Key holders on Mach 16 and finally to the general public starting March 17.

How to reserve your private Disneyland Hotel villa:

Much like the Villas at the Grand Californian Hotel, the new Villas at Disneyland Hotel can be booked through the Disney Vacation Club Member website or by calling Member Services.

The newest tower, with rooms in the DVC Villa Style, will blend timeless Walt Disney Animation Studios classics with contemporary designs, delicately curating a celebration of Disney history and immersing guests in the creative storytelling process, according to a resort spokesperson.

Early bookings will open on March 15 for Disney Vacation Club Members and on March 16 for Disneyland Resort Magic Key holders. Reservations will open to the public on March 17.

The new villas are closest to Disney California Adventure Park and a stroll through Downtown Disney or a monorail ride away from Disneyland Resort. Inside, guests will find a variety of themed rooms, such as duo studios, deluxe studios, one- and two-bedroom villas, and multi-level grand villas, all available through the DVC "point" system.

Each room includes just-like-home amenities with touches of magic sprinkled throughout, inspired by Disney Animation classics like "The Jungle Book," "Sleeping Beauty," "The Princess and the Frog," "Fantasia" and others.
