A pump track is a graded and paved contoured track that mountain bikers — and others — use to build skills, increase strength and more. The City of San Clemente recently opened the county's first bike pump track, with Laguna Beach potentially following in its footsteps.

Residents interested in attending the meeting can do so by visiting the Susi Q Center, 380 3rd St., on Jan. 12 at 6 p.m.
