  1. Some California cities rank as the safest in the U.S., but California also has some of the most dangerous cities. According to WalletHub’s national rankings of the risks of living in 182 big U.S. cities, San Bernardino, Oakland and Los Angeles were among California’s “most dangerous cities,” while Fremont, Irvine and Chula Vista California were ranked as the "safest places to live."   2. Disneyland introduced a new ticketing tier of prices to get into the theme parks. "Ticket prices for Disneyland and Disney California Adventure increased an average of 8 percent on Tuesday, KTLA reported. ... Disneyland also announced a new 'Tier 0' one-day ticket for $104 per day that is available. That's Tier '0' as in zero — the lowest possible Tier pricing that you can purchase on the park's 'least crowded days of the year,' according to Disneyland News Today." In a statement, Disneyland officials said, “Our tiered ticketing structure offers guests more options and choice to visit throughout the year, including our lowest price point—which hasn’t changed since 2019.” (Orange County Patch)
  3. Hey, SoCal, before you head out onto the freeway, find out what's happening on the roads with the Patch morning Traffic Digest. On Tuesday morning, police briefly pursued a car traveling 100 mph in San Diego. In Orange County, traffic was held up by a car that flipped, prompting a Sig Alert on I-5 South.
