Do you know that the popular fall celebration of Bavarian culture and beer commemorates the wedding anniversary of the Crown Prince of Bavaria? 3. There is an experimental Chef's Table hidden inside an Orange County strip mall. The semi-underground Bello Chef’s Table "is turning heads well beyond Newport Beach." Six diners were sitting at an unassuming white counter along the back wall of the Newport Beach Italian restaurant, overlooking the pizza oven. They didn't come for regular Italian fare being served in the bustling restaurant behind them, but for the chef's choice of unique foods and fine dining.
