One lucky California Lottery player needs to check their tickets this weekend, after a jackpot Powerball ticket was sold in Orange County.
ORANGE COUNTY, CA — One lucky Powerball player needs to check their tickets this weekend, after a winning ticket with all six numbers — worth $526.5 million — was sold in Anaheim.
The winner has the option of receiving the jackpot in 30 installments or a lump sum of around $243.8 million — before taxes, according to the California Lottery.
The $526.5 million was revised from initial reports that pegged the win around $515 million, reports said.

The winning numbers were 21, 7, 11, 61, and 53, and the Powerball was 2.
The winning ticket was sold at the 7-Eleven on 763 North Euclid Street in Anaheim. As a part of the win, the 7-Eleven store will receive a bonus of $1 million, according to the California Lottery.
