Oroville City Council considers new transparency guidelines (krcrtv.com) — Oroville residents may soon see stricter transparency rules for how their City Council interacts with staff, with all discussions required to be documented in meetings. The proposed policy, led by Councilmembers Tracy Johnstone and Shaun Webber, also adds an anonymous reporting system and possible sanctions for intimidation or pressure outside the public process.

The Tigers, now 5–3, look to rebound at home when they host Durham at 8 p.m. Tuesday, giving local fans a chance to see if Taylor’s hot streak continues.

Their weekly “Operation Warming Hearts” outings double as life lessons for their children about empathy, neurodivergence, and treating every Oroville neighbor with respect.

Sebastian Bach Announces 2026 North American Tour (rttnews.com) — Rock fans in Oroville can catch Sebastian Bach live when his 2026 “The Party Never Ends” tour hits Feather Falls Casino on February 28. The North American run spans casinos and theaters across the U.S. and Canada, featuring songs from his solo work and Skid Row days, with support from Stitched Up Heart on most dates.
