Beachfront Taco Bell Reopens With New Food, Liquor
Grand reopening set for Saturday with free tacos, giveaways and music at the Pacifica cantina.

PACIFICA, CA – Anyone who has ever had a fantasy of enjoying a Taco Bell Doritos Locos taco paired with a boozy Baja Blast with an ocean view could be in for a treat in Pacifica.
The restaurant's location on Linda Mar Beach has reopened as a Taco Bell Cantina. According to a Taco Bell spokesperson, this is the company's first freestanding cantina restaurant, which is an elevated version of a typical Taco Bell.
The location features a mural painted by a San Francisco artist, an indoor-outdoor fireplace and a deck with a walk-up window where beach-goers can order food without leaving their wetsuits.

The cantina also hosts an additional sharable menu and alcohol.
Also available are beer and "twisted freezes," which are the restaurant's classic frozen drinks with a shot of of liquor.

Though the location has been open for about a week, the location's grand reopening is Saturday.
The event, which will take place from noon to 3 p.m., will have a DJ and giveaways throughout the afternoon.
The first 50 fans will receive a Fire Sauce packet beach towel, and the first 150 fans will receive a free crunchy taco.
The reopening coincides with Saturday's 20th Annual Kahuna Kupuna Benefit Surf Contest.
The Pacifica location has been a Taco Bell restaurant since the 1980s.
