Mountain Mike's Pizza Opens In Daly City

DALY CITY, CA — Mountain Mike’s Pizza, a chain known for its "legendary crispy, curly pepperoni," its Mountain-sized pizzas and fresh-made dough, opened its newest location at Skyline Plaza in Daly City.

The menu offers such signature pizzas as the "Pikes Peak," with Italian sausage, pepperoni, beef, salami, linguica and ham on classic red sauce, the "Robbers Roost," with grilled chicken, tomatoes, olives, mushrooms and green onions on creamy garlic or red sauce, and the vegetarian "Mt. Veggiemore," featuring mushrooms, olives, bell peppers, artichoke hearts and sliced tomatoes with red sauce.

Other offerings include chicken wings, garlic bread, sandwiches, salads and mozzarella sticks, plus beer, wine and soda.

The kid-friendly, pizza chain, launched in Palo Alto in 1978, now operates more than 250 restaurants in eight states.

The Daly City pizzeria will be the third Mountain Mike's restaurant owned and operated by franchisees Gagan Singh and Raja Sethi.

“We are eager to introduce locals to the delicious pizza we proudly serve, the family-friendly atmosphere that Mountain Mike’s is famous for, and the tremendous guest experience that makes celebrating life’s special occasions even more memorable,” the pair said.

The new site, with approximately 1,700 square feet, features free wi-fi and five big-screen televisions, making it ideal for sports fans, team parties, family get-togethers, office gatherings and group fundraising events.

The Daly City location is open Sundays through Thursdays 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.at 35 Skyline Plaza for dine-in, takeout or third-party delivery. For info, visit website or call (650) 993-4668.
