Pacifica Fire Damages Garage, But Home Spared
Four residents were temporarily displaced as a result of the blaze.
PACIFICA, CA — Fire seriously damaged a garage in Pacifica late Friday night, and temporarily displaced four residents of the house, North County Fire Authority officials said Saturday.
The fire was reported at 11:49 p.m. Friday in a garage at 1281 Alicante Drive in Pacifica. The garage was attached to a two-story house.Six fire companies responded.
No one was hurt, but the garage sustained significant damage, fire officials said.

The house itself was not damaged.The cause of the fire was still under investigation Saturday.
