Birch, a New Type of Veterinary Clinic
BIRCH, located at 12035 Wilshire Blvd in Suite 102, offers top-notch, veterinary care in a calming, home-like environment.

Like many industries, veterinary medicine has undergone tremendous change of late. Out of this disruption, a new type of veterinarian has emerged – entrepreneurial veterinarians who are reinventing their field by creating a special space for pets.
“For many pets, the stress of going to the doctor starts from the moment they leave their home and is amplified each step of the way toward the office. The same can be true of their human counterparts. If mom or dad is concerned about why they are visiting the vet or if they’re anxious about their pet’s behavior in the clinic, this too amplifies everyone’s stress. Even the cheery hellos from their veterinary staff can’t reroute the stressed-out, emotional train that left the station long before the pet family arrives at the office,” says Dr. Heather Napolitano, whose MobiPetCare offers superior concierge veterinary service to Westside pets.
However, not all services can be delivered in a home setting. And that is why Dr. Napolitano opened BIRCH, a concierge veterinary clinic designed to complement her mobile veterinary service.

If your pet needs surgery, a dental cleaning, X-rays, ultrasound, specialty consultations and/or urgent care – BIRCH, located at 12035 Wilshire Blvd in Suite 102, a concierge veterinary clinic designed to complement her mobile veterinary service, is the place to go. Designed with your pet’s comfort in mind, the clinic doesn’t resemble a traditional medical office. Instead, patients enter a comfortable home-like environment where your pet is free to jump on the furniture or climb on a cat tree. Calming music plays and, there are no long waits for pets in a waiting room. Pets are examined in this warm environment – with their guardians nearby and no metal exam tables.
If you choose to wait while your "fur baby" is being treated, WiFi along with USB/USBc outlets are available to plug-in. There is also a coffee bar stocked with pastries and chocolates, toelevate your endorphins. Naturally, a menu of pet-safe snacks is available too.
