Chamber Music Palisades Sets Classical Concert For Sunday
Chamber Music Palisades will host a free concert on Sunday, Nov. 19.
PACIFIC PALISADES, CA — Chamber Music Palisades will host a free concert on Sunday, Nov. 19.
The concert will feature a professional woodwind quintet — flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, and horn — and KUSC host Alan Chapman, who will narrate Peter and the Wolf by Sergei Prokofiev.
The program also includes Carmen Variations by Georges Bizet, Animalogy by local composer Adrienne Albert, The Entertainer by Scott Joplin, The Pink Panther by Henry Mancini, and excerpts from Quintet by Jacques Ibert.

Admission is free, but donations are welcome at the door or on Chamber Music's website.
The event runs from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday at United Methodist Church, 801 Via de la Paz.
