Hiker Hurt, Rescued In Pacific Palisades

Authorities rescued a hiker in Pacific Palisades via helicopter after she was injured on a hike.

PACIFIC PALISADES, CA — Authorities rescued an injured hiker in Pacific Palisades Wednesday, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The adult woman was rescued by helicopter around 2:33 p.m. near 865 Paseo Miramar, a remote area near Topanga, according to LAFD. The woman was unable to walk to her vehicle due to pain and injury, authorities said.

The woman was transferred to a local hospital, but there was no immediate information available about her condition.
