The Oak Room Hosts Palisades State of the Union Watch Party
President Barack Obama will give his State of the Union address at 6 p.m. PST Tuesday, Feb. 12.

Pacific Palisades, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Those interested in attending can RSVP online. It's being hosted by Palisades resident Jane Crist.
During the State of the Union, the President is expected to preview the 2014 federal budget and discuss, among other issues, gun control, job creation, infrastructure repair, deficit and debt, climate change, the military and protecting the middle class, according to useconomy.about.com.
