Actor, LGBTQI+ Advocate Jonathan Bennett Being Honored In Palm Springs
He will receive a star on the Walk of the Stars in downtown Palm Springs.

PALM SPRINGS, CA — Actor, television host and LGBTQI+ advocate Jonathan Bennett will receive the 483rd star on the Walk of the Stars next week in downtown Palm Springs, the Chamber of Commerce announced Monday.
The ceremony will take place Thursday at 11 a.m. at 100 S. Palm Canyon Drive.
Bennett, who has appeared in the film "Mean Girls," "Spamalot" on Broadway and hosted Food Network's "Halloween Wars," among other credits, will receive the star in the category of entertainment.

In addition, he's been dubbed "The Gay King of Christmas" for his Hallmark Channel contributions, including executive producing the first gay-led holiday rom-com, "The Holiday Sitter," and the GLAAD Media award-winning "The Groomsmen" film trilogy, organizers said.
He's also received the Human Rights Campaign's Visibility Award.
