Body Found On Roadway In Desert Hot Springs
A possible hit-and-run victim was found on a roadway in Desert Hot Springs, authorities said.
DESERT HOT SPRINGS, CA — A possible hit-and-run victim was found on a roadway in Desert Hot Springs Sunday, authorities said.
Officers from the Desert Hot Springs Police Department responded to a traffic accident investigation just before 7 a.m. Sunday at 19255 Palm Drive, near the intersection of Palm and 20th Avenue, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
A coroner's official was called to the scene at 7:19 a.m.

The northbound lanes of Palm Drive were closed during the investigation, but were reopened by 9:25 a.m.
