City of Palm Desert Issues Traffic Alert

From the City of Palm Desert:

Palm Desert, CA - On Monday, July 18, construction will begin on a free right turn lane from westbound Fred Waring Drive onto westbound Highway 111. Lane closures on Fred Waring and Highway 111 around the intersection will occur on a regular basis during work on the project, which will take place from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays through August 31.

Motorists will be able to turn right from Fred Waring onto Highway 111 throughout the project. Delays are still possible and motorists are encouraged to allow extra time or use alternate routes.

Lane closures from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. beginning Monday, July 18, through Wednesday, August 31.
