Coachella Valley Students Of The Month Lauded As Future Leaders

COACHELLA VALLEY, CA — This February, the Riverside County Office of Education announced high school seniors from three desert-area school districts as the Greater Coachella Valley Students of the Month, selected by teachers and school administrators.

This month, the program was held at the Fantasy Springs Special Events Center on Feb. 4.

There, the high school seniors from three desert-area school districts: Coachella Valley Unified School District, Desert Sands Unified School District, and Palm Springs Unified School District.

According to the RCOE, the students selected as Student of the Month embody character, integrity, a passion for learning, active involvement in school life, sports, and community service, or have displayed remarkable resilience in the face of life’s challenges while maintaining a commitment to education. All embody what it takes to be a future leader in their community.

Congratulations to the second Greater Coachella Valley Student of the Month honorees announced Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage.
