INDIO, CA — Coachella's first weekend may be sold out, but its afterparty isn't.

Framework in the Desert is returning to its annual home in an airport hanger next weekend for a fourth year of underground DJs, stars and visual entertainment to feed the night owls of Coachella.

The three-night house and techno afterparty series that wakes up after the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival closes each night will feature prestigious headlining DJs and an intimate desert club campus to explore April 11, 12 and 13.

Just 10 minutes away from the Southland's biggest music festival, Framework became one of the first-ever festival afterparties to open to the public when it debuted in 2022.

"This year, we’re adding exciting new elements while keeping the unique vibe that’s made this event a fan favorite," said Kobi Danan, Framework's co-founder.

A festival in its own right, the grounds within and around the Atlantic Aviation hanger include a dancefloor, bars, food trucks and outdoor social spaces near the runway. And this year, the desert afterparty is hosting the Long Feng Art Car for the structure's first appearance outside of Burning Man.

"The structure embodies the spirit of a circus performer, equipped with a myriad of rigs, LEDs, and sound systems," organizers said.

Aside from its desert warehouse party vibes and intimate atmosphere, Framework is known for housing a mix of star-studded and underground DJs on its stages. This year brings another lineup of such.
