Fire Erupts At Multi-Family Dwelling In Indian Wells

INDIAN WELLS, CA — A fire erupted Friday at a multi-family dwelling in Indian Wells, but there were no immediate reports of injuries.

Fire crews responded at 3:53 p.m. to a report of a fire in the residential structure in the 45000 block of Pima Road, according to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department.

"Firefighters arrived on scene of a single-story, multi-family dwelling with smoke and fire showing from the roof," fire officials wrote in a statement. "Four additional engines have been requested to the incident."
