Glendale Woman Killed In Palm Springs Crash Between Two Jeeps

The Riverside County coroner's office Sunday identified a Glendale woman who was injured in a collision between two jeeps.

PALM SPRINGS, CA — The Riverside County coroner's office Sunday identified a Glendale woman who was injured in a collision between two jeeps and later died at a hospital in Palm Springs.

The crash occurred at around 1:45 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Acoma Trail and Sunnyslope Drive in the unincorporated community of Landers in San Bernardino County.

The California Highway Patrol reported that one of the jeeps landed on its side.

Natalie Bishop, 31, suffered major injuries in the crash and was taken to Desert Regional Medical Center where she later died, according to the coroner's office.

It was unclear if anyone else was injured in the crash.

According to the CHP, two dogs were ejected from one of the vehicles but their condition was unclear.
