PALM DESERT, CA — This Veterans Day, Palm Desert is preparing a new kind of tribute, one that will take center stage at one of the Coachella Valley’s premier cultural venues.

The City of Palm Desert is partnering with the McCallum Theatre to present Stars, Stripes and Songs: A Celebration of Veterans on Veterans Day Eve, Monday, Nov. 10, at 7 p.m. The event promises an evening of music, reflection, and gratitude dedicated to honoring the service and sacrifice of veterans and their families.

As part of the program, the city will recognize one local veteran from each branch of the U.S. Armed Forces. These honorees will be celebrated live on stage at the McCallum, with their stories shared before the community.
