Palm Desert Aquatic Center Extends Hours for Summer
They are also adding family fun activities and hiring more staff for the summer.

From Palm Desert Aquatic Center: With season’s end signaling a slower pace for many Coachella Valley businesses, the Palm Desert Aquatic Center (PDAC) shows no signs of slowing. Offering everything from Deep Water Boot Camp to Restorative Yoga, there are classes available for everyone, no matter their age or skill level. They are also extending their hours, adding family fun activities, and hiring more staff for the summer.
Although the pool-side spin classes end in May, there are still plenty of other opportunities to work on your fitness at PDAC. Restorative Yoga is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:15 to 9:15 a.m., and Chair Yoga on Friday from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. Fun water exercise classes, including Shallow Water Exercise, Deep Water Exercise, Deep Water Boot Camp, and a Basic Arthritis and Injury Rehab Water Exercise class are also available. For those looking to get a workout in without joining a class, practice your favorite stroke in the lap lanes. Just make sure to check lap lane availability online before putting on that swim cap.
