Brooke Williamson Among Celeb Chefs Attending Palm Desert Food & Wine
The four-day culinary experience returns to Coachella Valley March 20 to 23 with four days of cuisine and wine tastings.
PALM DESERT, CA — Attention foodies and oenophiles — the Palm Desert Food & Wine is returning to the Coachella Valley with dozens of the nation's top chefs, vintners and brewmasters.
The four-day event will take place from March 20 to 23, kicking off with a James Beard Gourmet Four-Course Luncheon prepared by esteemed and well-lauded chefs followed by three days of "grand tastings."
In sunny Palm Desert, festival goers will be able to experience more than 35 local and celebrity chefs, 50 restaurants and 60 premium and sparkling wines.

"Chef's, chef's and more chefs," the website reads.
Attendees can sample dishes from local and regional restaurants, over 60 wines, craft brews, IPAs, and draught ciders. The festival also offers cooking demonstrations by celebrity chefs.

"Enjoy some of the most delicious offerings in the Coachella Valley, a destination where talent, sophistication, and unbelievable views blend to create the ultimate culinary event," according to the event website.
The event supports the Coachella Valley's FIND Food Bank, according to the organizers.
Of the 35 (and counting) chefs on the roster is Brooke Williamson, a Los Angeles native, Food Network star and Top Chef winner.
"Williamson draws inspiration from Southern California’s seasonal bounty and her own sense of nostalgia, elevating produce to the star of bold, vibrant dishes," the festival said.
Curtis Stone, another familiar television face, has appeared on Take Home Chef, Top Chef Masters, Iron Chef and Crime Scene Kitchen. He also launched Field Trip With Curtis Stone on PBS, according to the festival.

- Celebrity Chef Date Farm Tour & Lunch - A guided tour of a date farm followed by lunch with a celebrity chef.
- The Gale Gand Guide to Chilies - A session led by Gale Gand focusing on chilies.
- Cheese Masterclass with Afrim Pristine - A cheese-focused masterclass conducted by Afrim Pristine.
Friday, March 21:
- James Beard Gourmet Four-Course Luncheon - A four-course luncheon prepared by top chefs.
- Celebrity Chef Reception - An evening reception with celebrity chefs.
Saturday, March 22:
- Saturday Grand Tastings- An event featuring tastings from various restaurants and beverage producers.
- An Intimate Evening With Curtis Stone - An evening event featuring chef Curtis Stone.
Sunday, March 23:
- The Flavors of Ixtapa, Mexico- An event showcasing the cuisine of Ixtapa, Mexico.
- Sunday Grand Tastings - Another day of grand tastings similar to Saturday's event.

The event will be held at The Gardens on El Paseo. Parking will be available in the parking lot behind El Paseo Village with complimentary shuttle service to and from The Gardens on El Paseo event space, according to the fest.
