Palm Springs Movie Colony District Death Investigated As Homicide
A death in an upscale Palm Springs neighborhood last week was being investigated as a homicide, officials said.
PALM SPRINGS, CA — Authorities said Saturday that a death in an upscale Palm Springs neighborhood last week was being investigated as a homicide.
On July 30, officers responded to an "unattended death" in the 1100 block of Via Colusa in what's known as the Movie Colony, near Frank Sinatra's former estate, according to the Palm Springs Police Department.
"The death has since been ruled a homicide. No further information is being released at this time," police officials said in a tweet Saturday.
