Paul McCartney To Kick Off 'Got Back' Tour In Palm Desert
The famed Beatle will open his first tour in three years at the 11,000-seat arena.

PALM DESERT, CA — Sir Paul McCartney is kicking off his first tour in three years in Palm Desert this summer.
The famed Beatle will open his 19-show "Got Back" tour at the 11,000-seat Acrisure Arena on Sept. 29. Ticket sales begin Friday, July 18 at 10 a.m. on Ticketmaster.
The show will feature hits from the Beatles to Wings to solo hits, according to the arena. The doors open at 7 p.m. and the show begins at 8 p.m.

McCartney will then tour in Las Vegas; Albuquerque, New Mexico; Denver; Des Moines, Iowa; Minneapolis; Tulsa, Oklahoma; New Orleans; Atlanta; Nashville, Tennessee; Columbus, Ohio; Pittsburgh; Buffalo, New York; Montreal and Hamilton, Ontario.
McCartney, 83 and Ringo Starr, 85, are the surviving Beatles.
