Pet Owners Warned of Weekend Fireworks at Indian Wells Country Club

From the City of Palm Desert: Indian Wells Country Club will be hosting a private event on Saturday, April 22, that includes an approximately 15-minute fireworks display starting at 8:30 p.m.

The fireworks could disturb pets in the area.

The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) advises pet owners to keep their dogs and cats at home in a quiet, sheltered, and escape-proof area during fireworks displays. The City of Palm Desert encourages residents who live in affected areas to follow the SPCA’s advice and protect their pets.
