PALM DESERT, CA — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented times. Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these everyday heroes.

Health Education - Gets people to eat healthier to prevent and reverse disease, author of 4 books
Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?
Since the sheltering in place started she has created a sense of community by doing live broadcasts on both Facebook and YouTube 1-3 hours a day, interviewing many health experts and other interesting and inspiring people.

What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:
That she wants people to help people eat healthier to increase their immunity for all diseases, not just this current pandemic.
