150+ Arrests At The 2025 Stagecoach Music Festival
Arrests and handicap parking citations spike at 2025 Stagecoach Festival, with fake ID violations leading the list.

INDIO, CA — The Stagecoach Music Festival in Indio ended with a 20 percent increase in arrests this year, authorities told Patch on Wednesday.
A total of 151 people were arrested and 86 people were cited during the country music festival last weekend, according to the Indio Police Department.
The festival attracts tens of thousands to the Coachella Valley each year on the heels of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts two-weekend event.

Approximately 91 of the offenses people were arrested for were categorized as "other".
Abe Plata, the Department's Public Information Officer, told Patch that some of the arrests under other categories were for minors in possession of alcohol, minors consuming alcohol, trespassing, battery and resisting arrest.

Meanwhile, three people were arrested for intoxication, 54 people were arrested for possessing a fake form of identification and three were arrested for drug possession.
Among the citations issued, 84 were for the unlawful use of a disabled person placard. Two people were cited for unspecified violations, according to the department.
Last year, the festival resulted in 124 arrests and 83 citations, the department said.
