- SongShine for Parkinson's Foundation is putting on a free performance of "The Music Man Jr." on Apr. 1 at 2 p.m. at the Palm Desert Community Presbyterian Church. The cast features seniors aged 64-90 who work with the organization to overcome communication difficulties brought on by Parkinson's, stroke, or other neurological challenges. - Odesza, a popular EDM group, will perform at Acrisure Arena as part of their "The Last Goodbye Tour" on Sept. 20. Presale tickets go on sale today, Mar. 29, here, and general tickets will go on sale via Ticketmaster on Friday, Mar. 31 at 10 a.m. The duo will be joined by Bob Moses, TOKiMONSTA, QRTR, and Olan. - The Spa at Séc-He, a luxury mineral hot spring spa, will open on Apr. 4. Located in downtown Palm Springs and operated by the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, the 40,000-square-foot spa is one of the most lavish hot mineral spring spa destinations in America. Hot spring water containing a unique mineral composition will be sourced from the spring "Séc-he" and delivered to 22 private mineral baths. - Grail, a health care company, has partnered with the Desert Regional Comprehensive Cancer Center in Palm Springs to provide a new type of early-detection blood test for several types of cancers.
