Caltrain Delays Up To 1 Hour 'Unprecedented'
Caltrain officials called Wednesday morning's situation an "unprecedented scenario."

Commuter service on Caltrain was suspended for nearly an hour Wednesday morning due to a system-wide brownout. The brownout began at 8:04 a.m. and service was restored around 9 a.m.
Delays of up to 57 minutes were reported at 9:18 a.m.
Caltrain officials apologized to customers on Twitter, calling the situation an "unprecedented scenario."
