Palo Alto Roads Blocked By Downed Trees, Power Lines
Crews are working to clear the trees and restore power. Other areas report flooding, evacuations, downed power lines.

PALO ALTO, CA — Palo Alto police said at 10:36 a.m. Sunday that Embarcadero Road is temporarily shut down between Louis and Greer roads due to an electrical line down.
Crews from the Palo Alto Fire Department and Palo Alto Utilities are on scene and working on it.
Palo Alto police said at 8:31 a.m. that eastbound lanes of Oregon Expressway are closed at Bryant Street due to a fallen tree.
Crews are on scene clearing it. Police ask people take alternate routes to avoid delays.
Police also ask people who have to be on the road Sunday to slow down, use caution, and watch for debris.
