Male Driver Exposes Himself To Cyclist Per Palo Alto Police
The woman in her 20s was riding her bicycle heading northbound on Pasteur Drive when the motorist pulled up next to her on Nov. 30.

PALO ALTO, CA -- A woman riding her bicycle was the victim of indecent exposure that occurred during the day. The male suspect, who remains at large, was in a car next to her, city police reported.
Palo Alto dispatch received a report of the indecent exposure that had just occurred in the 1200 block of Sand Hill Road. A woman in her 20s was riding her bike northbound on Pasteur Drive approaching Sand Hill Road.
The investigation revealed as she approached Sand Hill Road and stopped for a red traffic light, she looked to her left and saw a driver who had his pants down. The suspect was masturbating and looking at her. When the light turned green, the suspect turned on Sand Hill Road heading westbound.

The victim describes the suspect as a white male in his 30s with brown hair and patchy facial hair. He was driving a white Nissan Leaf. Detectives are actively investigating. Officers do not believe this indecent exposure is related to the case that occurred on Nov. 19 on East Meadow Drive.
