PALO ALTO, CA — The Palo Alto Humane Society will team up with the Children’s Discovery Museum of San Jose for the fourth annual “Animals Inspire Us” event on Saturday.
The event will feature activities for children to learn about animal welfare as well as a virtual magic show. Children can participate in face painting, costume decoration, a scavenger hunt and then enjoy a virtual magic show by Patrick Livingstone, joined by the Bonzer Circus Team.
The Palo Alto Humane Society’s mission is to work to keep animals out of shelters through intervention, advocacy and education programs. It is one of the few humane societies in the country without an animal shelter.
