Palo Alto Tech CEO ID’d As Peeping Suspect: Cops
Eduardo Moreno, 35, was arrested on suspicion of robbery and peeping and booked into the Santa Clara County Jail, according to police.

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA — A Silicon Valley CEO was arrested late Monday morning in connection with a peeping incident at a South Bay restaurant, Mountain View police said.
Eduardo Moreno, 35, was arrested on suspicion of robbery and peeping and booked into the Santa Clara County Jail, according to police.
Moreno is the CEO of SeaDrone, a Palo Alto-based company that provides underwater inspections of water vessels, according to the company’s website, according to published reports.

Officers at around 11:40 a.m. Monday responded to the Panera on El Monte Avenue on the report of a man seen looking under an adjacent stall in the women’s bathroom, police said.
The man, later identified as Moreno, ran from the bathroom and then left the restaurant after the victim screamed, police said.

The victim chased Moreno and tried to capture a photo of him before he grabbed her phone and pushed her to the ground and then ran toward Marich Way, police said.
Moreno was spotted taking his shirt off and jumping a fence before returning to Panera, where he was tackled by a group of bystanders as responding patrol officers arrived, police said.
“The victim was able to identify Moreno as the man in the restroom and Moreno was subsequently arrested for robbery and peeping,” police said.
The investigation is ongoing, and detectives are concerned there may be additional victims.
