Our fishing columnist talked to people who have been watching to our marine-life in the past weeks. Here's what readers had to say:

- Poking and pulling on a dying dolphin?! They should have been charged with animal cruelty! They are damn lucky I wasn't there! —
- Candy is right! Unbelievable ... bullying isn't just a human atrocity. Dolphins are smarter then humans ... this sure proves that. Would you want someone poking at you while you are fighting for your life? —

Readers show love for Red Onion
The was profiled a few months ago and readers are still talking about what the restaurant means to them.
- The Red Onion in Palos Verdes was my family's meeting place every Tuesday night for years back in the 70's thru the 90's. A lot of our favorite Aunts and Uncles would come and we had a lot of good memories and laughs during those Tuesday night dinners! My, now, father in-law (who was then my boyfriends father) would flirt with the waitresses and embarrass me to no end. Lol! Everyone had to have the fried ice cream or it wasn't a proper night at the Red Onion. Love and miss you guys! —
