'A Fleeting Moment': Palos Verdes Photo Of The Week
Patch loves photos! Share your photos with Patch and your work could be featured.

PALOS VERDES, CA – This gorgeous photo of the sunset in Palos Verdes was sent to us by Peter W. Shackle. It was taken in January from the Terraces in Rolling Hills Estates, as the "setting sun was illuminating the tops of the mountains around the L.A. basin," Peter told Patch.
"This was a very fleeting moment — in the category of take it now or you will never have another chance," he said.
What a beautiful description of a special moment. Thanks for sharing, Peter!

Got a photo share? It seems everyone's a photographer these days. Cell phones capture amazing images, and true DSLR cameras render detail that almost looks surreal. So we got to thinking, why not share the pictures we receive, and see elsewhere, with you?
Have you got the next incredible photo? If you have an awesome photo of nature, breath-taking scenery, kids caught being kids, a pet doing something funny or something unusual you happen to catch, we'd love to feature it on Patch. We're looking for high-resolution images that reflect the beauty of your city, and that show off your unique talents.
